While snorkeling Bunaken Island, Indonesia I captured a lot of underwater photos & video. This is one of my favorite photos above the water line.
While popping my head up to check how far our boat was, I noticed the blue sky, the blue sea and wanted to capture the moment.
Using my underwater camera (Olympus TG-6) I used my fins to push myself out of the water a little and captured this image. I had my snorkel mask on and could not see the viewfinder at all, so this was a fortunate shot.
Apart from the deep blue colors I love the boat at far right, offset by my wife who is snorkeling at far right (perhaps hard to see with just part of her body and snorkel sticking above the water). I also like that you can see part of the coral reef in the foreground at right through the very clear water.
