On one of my morning photography outings I made my way to the Bridgeway Promenade in Sausalito hoping for an interesting sunrise. As the sun began to rise I was presented with this beautiful orange glow. I composed this photo with the Sea Lion statue (by local artist Al Sybrian) with the sun just peeking over the east bay hills.
I like that you can see the silhouette of the Bay Bridge in the distance as well as the orange color reflected in the waves breaking at the foot of the statue. A magical moment that I am happy to share.
