The stark silhouettes in this image against the golden colors of the rest of the image and the positions of their bodies look to me like a clip-art graphic. This was an actual photo I captured while walking on the beach in Santa Barbara in the morning not long after sunrise.
You can see the sun’s rays reflected on the water at left and a sailboat at shoulder height of the person walking on the left. I also like the very thin layer of fog along the coast and the layered slopes of the Santa Ynez Mountains in the background. Apart from the range in extreme colors I also appreciate how the poses of the people really illustrate they are on their way to do something.
