On our trip to Costa Rica back 10 years ago we saw a variety of animals. On our visit to Manuel Antonio National Park I captured this Golden Orb Spider. I know some people will not take me up on this, but if you zoom in you can see the texture of the setae or hairs that allow it to navigate it’s own sticky web without being stuck in it. I also like how it’s web is visible throughout the image with the green vegetation of the rain forest behind.
