When I look long at this photo I get the sense these golden colored grasses are like banners held up to celebrate the coming of the sun, like a parade when a dignitary comes by. I love how the sunlight highlights the fuzziness of each of these tall grasses, with the green grass peeking through the bottom of the photo.
The streakiness of the suns rays would usually cause me to discard this photo, but it works for me in this image. And the many gold colored grasses set against the deep blue sky is a color contrast that I really like.
