Captured this stone sculpture at Tirta Empul temple in Bali, Indonesia. Built in the 10th-century this is a Hindu Balinese water temple, where Balinese (and tourists) perform self purification rites. The grounds of the temple are extensive with many gargoyles, temple guards and stone representations of Hindu gods.

I like the angle of this sculpture, with intricate features and textures. And I love the lush green foliage that makes up the background of this photo, with the red flowers and some reddish leaves accenting the scene. I also like the 2 or 3 tree trunks and the single pine in the background that adds to the different textures in this photo.
