What may look like an upside down is just that – with a reflection. I saw this while walking our dog one morning. The stones are at the edge of the Civic Center Lagoon and the clouds and sun reflected on the surface of the pond.
I rotated the image so that the clouds and sun (with the tops of nearby trees) appeared to be right side up.
