On our recent trip to the Monterey Peninsula we were blessed to see lots of seabirds (and mammals). I captured this photo of a California Pelican as it was landing on a rock with a group of its (maybe) friends.
I love (or trying to) capturing a bird as its wings are in motion. Flight is such a beautiful thing.
