Thoroughly enjoyed spending 2 days by the sea in Monterey Bay this past week. We stayed at the Asilomar Conference Grounds and our room had a small balcony we could sit and see the ocean (in the distance). There are a range of boardwalks through the sand dunes down to the state beach and that’s where I captured this photo.
I like the way it winds through the dunes and the vegetation, with the sea barely visible on the horizon beneath the thick clouds of fog.
