Captured this grove of Aspen trees while driving up and over the summit in Brighton Canyon, Utah. I find it fascinating that Apens share the same root system – they’re actually a single organism that occupies a whole valley sometimes.
I like vertical lines of the trees occupying the whole frame, the silhouette of the mountain peak in the background and the mottled sky attempting to peak through the trees.
