I recently was blessed to have a walk on a rainy day in Central Park, New York City. As I walked around I saw several statues, this one caught my eye.
As I approached I noticed the name of the person depicted in the statue. I like the look of the scene with the trees (their trunks and green leaves) as a backdrop, and the leaves scattered on the ground. When I got up and looked at (read) the bronze book – I remembered which of his stories were being referenced, The Ugly Duckling.
