At our favorite hotel in Kona, Hawaii there is a small grouping of Palm Trees just inside the seawall. It’s on the corner of the property and at all times during the day it presents a beautiful scene, with the sky and the sea as a backdrop.
On the day I made this photo there was a perfectly mottled sky, with light puffy clouds and a mostly calm sea. You can see a single wave making its way in towards shore. I love this place and the feeling I get just sitting there – and this photo helps me relive that moment and the peace it brings.
