On a visit to Joshua Tree National Park in California last year we read of a heart shaped rock. We set out on the trail, hiking thru the Sonoran Desert and finally reaching some interesting rock formations. We went a little further, following the sign and found “heart rock”. We wife suggested a good position for a selfie and I captured this photo. I had to tell her after, reviewing the image “you’re right babe – that was a good idea for a photo”.
