I captured this image at the Marin Civic Center in San Rafael, California. There is a small patio and garden off the top floor. The building was designed by architect Frank Lloyd Wright – with the blue roof top meant to symbolize the California sky (and the earth tones of the building meant to resemble the golden hills in summer months.
